Article 1

Ordering Process

All orders are processed via WhatsApp. A confirmed order is considered valid once both parties have agreed on the product, quantity, price, and delivery details.

Pricing & Payment

Prices listed are in NPR. Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank/wallet transfers (eSewa/Fonepay). Delivery charges may apply based on your location.

Article 3

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, please notify us immediately for a replacement or resolution.

Article 4

Product Quality

We strive to maintain the highest quality and consistency in our homemade pickles. Minor variations in color or texture may occur as products are made in small, artisanal batches.
